We are a non-profit organisation which exists for the public benefit, organised entirely by a committee of volunteers. Like other arts organisations, we rely not only on ticket sales for income but also on grants and other financial support, and we look to local businesses and individuals to help us maintain the high standards of music-making that we offer to the public.
We are fortunate to receive an annual subsidy from Chamber Music Scotland, which is crucial in helping us continue to present musicians of such high quality. www.chambermusicscotland.com
From time to time we receive concert sponsorhip from individuals or organisations. We acknowledge their generosity with gratitude.
Our sincere thanks also to the local East Lothian businesses who kindly display our posters every month.
Over many years we have benefitted from support from charitable associations dedicated to helping and promoting young musicians, in particular the Tunnell Trust and Live Music Now Scotland, whose important work we recognise and appreciate.
